These sessions are nonrefundable as we use the funds to invest back into the business by paying employees, makeup + venue. The full amount is due prior to shoot. If for some reason client needs to reschedule and/or cancel the funds can always be transferred to a different session or to a different date. We do our very best to work with everyone and completely understand things happen.
